Today I went to woodfield mall. I felt like trying on pants, that I have never tried on before. Curiosity, man’s natural instinct.
Let’s start with my descriptive recollection of Heritage. My anticipation for new clothes took a hold of me, and I was ready to look through the racks. I walked straight into the store and found a small area for men to my left on the first floor. As, I turned over a shirt, over another, over another, I admitted, once again, that i wasn’t going to find a size small. Ready to start a new search, like on google, I climbed the stairs to the second floor. After, 3 minutes of roaming, I found some pants that I was willing to attempt to try. “what a sweet pair of pants!”, I thought to myself. I went to the dressing room and pleasently asked the attendant to use the dressing room.
Very odd. The dressing room was quite spacious with a place to sit and a huge mirror to look at yourself. Ready to try on the new pants, I changed into the pants. As I buttoned the waist I found the legs of the pants to be too long. They reached the floor. However, I looked at my back side and found the it was kinda baggy. Hmm
Slightly discouraged I paid for 1 shirt and went to urban outfitters. $10 off levi’s jeans. I found a size 28 waist to try on in the room. It had the sticker “skinny jeans” which is kinda cool. So I tried it on and then … !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY CRAPO! DID THEY FEEL TIGHT! You could totally see my package from like 4 miles away. How could anyone wear these! THESE WERE SOME TOUGHT PANTS!I looked in the mirror and man! I was pretty proud. Kinda weird… I hope that one day I’ll find a pair of pants im pleased with.
Left Woodfield, with 2 t-shirts, and sore thighs, and a new perspective.
